What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I started training at the age of 16 with my big brother who was a basketball superstar. His coach demanded that he had to lift a certain weight for the following criteria: Bench Press 185, clean185, dead lift and so on. The amazingly not only did my brother reach the required lifts, so did I! And that summer at 16 I went from 160 to175 of muscle! After that I was in love with training doing workouts any chance I got and push up almost everywhere! Now I am first place in ONTARIO Natural Men’s Physique medium and getting ready to compete for my IFBB Pro card!
If you have transformed yourself what do you attribute to arriving at your starting point:
I attribute my brother Joseph to my success in Men’s Physique today. We pushed each other beyond limits to achieve the goal ahead and worked our butts off everyday!
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I am very intellectual when it comes to training, my philosophy has a lot to do with training the mind to then control the body! I do a two day split, training once in the morning and once in the evening!
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I am 100% mesomorph broad shoulders, lean hard dense muscle, amazing 10 pack abs and very low body fat. To keep all this muscle going I have a height protein and high carb diet. I knows hocking but it gives my body the energy needed to do such hard demanding workouts

My short term goal is to win my IFBB Pro card this August22nd and long term goal is to be Mr. Olympia Men’s Physique. I own my own business Tubbs Aesthetics that gets people in the best shape of their lives.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look at my favorite body builder of all time Arnold because of his work ethic, mental capability, dedication and his ability to visualize his goal.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Most difficult obstacle had to be when I pulled a muscle in my lower back and had to go to physio-therapy to repair it. However I will tell you I was back to dead lifting in 2 weeks.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
Biggest pet peeve is super packed gyms.I try my best to avoid those times because it really interferes with my work outs.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Find a role model that you can relate to and if you ever feel like giving up just know that it is possible your role-model did it.
