The thing that motivated me to begin training was to get myself into better health both physical and mentally. Also to feel better on how I look and perform in a sport where I can excel at.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
My training philosophy is “you get what you put in” you have to train hard and stick to it to have results. It’s not gonna happen overnight or some magic pill to do it. It will take time but the results will come.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
My diet is pretty much like every other bodybuilders diet. But the thing is you have to stick to it and just like training it will work. There’s no quick pill or other things that will make it happen fast its a journey. Sure we have to enjoy it and there are days where we have our cheats but it’s right back at it come the next day.
Please tell us about your competitive history and placings:
2013 tied for 5th in men’s open light middleweight bodybuilding. 2014 a 6th place in men’s masters bodybuilding. 2015 a 2nd place men’s masters middleweight and a 9th position in same class at the Ontario Provincials
How many years have you competed?
2
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
A long term goal is one day to step on and compete in the Arnold Ametuers
