What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I wanted to lose weight and I found fitness and fell in love with the process of my transformation and living the healthy lifestyle.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I’m fairly active so I train 5 days a week and like to stay active on rest days.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I eat pretty strict most of the time and take “cheat days”. I can’t seem to do IIFYM because if I have treats I’ll fall off the wagon. So its either all or nothing but the cheat days work great and I don’t mind eating strict through the week.
