What Motivated You To Begin Training?
My friends and a large community in my city of Thunder Bay train strongman when they got me to compete at my first competition I was hooked and wanted to be in the best shape for performance I could be.
If you have transformed yourself what do you attribute to arriving at your starting point:
18/1/2013. Weight 215lbs. Lean mass 174.1lbs. %fat 1924/3/2013. Weight 215.2lbs. Lean mass 192.1lbs. %fat 10.711/8/2014. Weight 219.6lbs. Lean mass 207lbs. %fat 5.7 I am currently at 225lbs and still very lean have not have my numbers done though.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I mostly train heavy for strongman but accessory work more bodybuilder lighter high rep my conditioning consists of flipping tires and sled pulls and sprints.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
My diet is mostly high protein high fat low carb been adding in more carbs to try to gain some weight.

I’ve qualified and competed at a provincial level competition. Ontario’s strongest man
How many years have you competed?
Who do you look to for motivation and why:
Kyle Rayner who had competed and placed high at provincials. North Americas strongest man and much more. And Dallas Hogan long time strongman who is currently making the change to bodybuilding Both of which live in my city and train at my gym it’s a great motivation having high level competitors training with you.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Train your own way. Don’t try to hit the same numbers.
