What Motivated You To Begin Training?
Life happened and as a result I gained a bunch of weight.I didn’t like myself or who I had become. I wanted a change and I found my trainer Tyler Locke @fit4lifer (Instagram) and never looked back. After just one month I lost 32 pounds and by 5 months I was down80 pounds. At the one year mark I had lost a total of 101 pounds and put on some serious muscle 🙂 and I couldn’t have do e it without my trainer Tyler. He pushed me, challenged me, guided me and never let me give up. He believed in me even when I didn’t believe in myself. He is one amazing trainer and a great friend.
If you have transformed yourself what do you attribute to arriving at your starting point:
There are no short cuts or quick fixes. I worked hard, ate well to achieve my goal. It’s all about hard work, dedication and sacrifice. It was not always easy but it was so worth it! And having an amazing trainer by your side can definitely help 🙂
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I always picked short term goal so I wouldn’t get overwhelmed. I broke things down week by week then further day by day to get me where I am today.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
Clean eating all the way. A meal plan and meal peer are very important and help you to stay on track. I treat myself with cheat meals but try to keep them on the healthy side. It’s amazing how much better you start feeling when you eat well and eventually you don’t even want the bad stuff anymore because it just drags you down.
