I have always been into the fitness side of life being a JR hockey player (playing since I was 3yrs old). I started to like the bodybuilding side about 3 years ago while I was 16 in grade 10(currently 19). I started because I loved the feeling of a amazing workout/pump. I found lifting weight addicting, basically had motivation by being in the gym watching my peers that were bigger continue to progress.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I like to train hard but smart. I have learned in my short time in bodybuilding that its not about the weight but how you use it. Contractions and the squeeze is what I like to focus on while I train!
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
My diet philosophy is pretty simple. You have to love the lifestyle to be able to stand chicken and rice every single day. I like to stay on track because in the end I know that a burger from McDonalds wont help me as much as a chicken/rice meal will. Cheat meals once a week is all I need at my body weight/frame!

Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
My goal is to become the best possible athlete I can become in the sport of bodybuilding, I want to achieve the highest level possible that my genetics/hard work/ and dedication will allow me to achieve. I also want to become successful on YouTube as a fitness youtuber. I created a YouTube channel in January 2014 and currently has 3000+subscribers. Check it out here. I also do video/editing for Regan and Victoria and want to help them grow their YouTube channel in the future. Check it out here.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look up to a lot of athletes in the industry, some of the closer people to me I even look up to and they motivate me to be my best. My mother also motivates me tremendously, she has lost about 160lbs in about 1.5-2 years on her journey to fit! She works her ass off day in and day out and never complains, she is also my number one supporter and supports me with whatever I want to do in life!
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
Negatives!
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
You have to look at the future picture, it’s ultimately up to you what you can and cant achieve. Put in the work and the results will come!
