What Motivated You To Begin Training?
Played football my whole life, including university. Just got addicted and never stopped!
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I just want to be shredded! So everything I do is super sets. Burns calories for much longer, and I love pushing myself.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I eat the same thing almost everyday! No much in terms of carbs, full can of tuna (sandwich) a day, and chicken and green beans3-4 times a day!
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
I want to win an OPA physique competition.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
Everyone and anything really. You can find motivation everywhere. In people life styles, their journey, struggles. Etc.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
I work an off shift job as a railroader, work every weekend. So it’s hard to try and get to the gym everyday. But I do, so people who say they can’t find time are just making excuses!
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
None really. I just focus on my own thing.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
I would just say, don’t let people tell you what you can and can’t do. Whatever it is. You can literally do anything you put your mind to. May not be today tomorrow or next year that you finally accomplish that task. Everything takes time, but with dedication and then right mind set,it’s possible. “Even impossible has ‘I’m possible’ in it”
