What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I wanted a change as i was headed in a bad direction
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I train 6 days a week, a rest always helps. i want to continue to grow and eventually become a competitor.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I keep within my macros, wanting to stay as lean as can be.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
Eventually i want to compete (within the next year i hope). I want a physique and body like no other. I will be proud but never happy.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
Seeing anyone transform there lives by dedication and commitment.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
My eating habits were a problem. The carbs kill 🙂
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
I don’t really have any. I love the lifestyl!
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
To never give up and keep moving forward as hard work will eventually bring what you seek.
