What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I originally wanted to look good for the ladies in high school, it transformed into something bigger that kept me constantly pushing to improve myself.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
In a nutshell, force muscular adaptation. Whether by increasing volume, or weight (intensity).
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I count macros, usually keep myself and clients a little over a gram of protein per day. I never completely cut carbs, I put people in moderate caloric deficits for dieting and prefer longer and steadier preps to short and difficult ones.
Please tell us about your competitive history and placings (if applicable):
1st at the Ottawa Championships in 2013 light middle weight and 6th at the OPA provincial 2015 light middle weight
