I workout 6 days in a week, but in the period of competition it will be 4 times a day 2 times cardio and 2 times weight training.

Most of the time I try to care for my diet, especially in the off season.

I became 4 time champion of Iran since 2008 to 2014

I immigrated to Canada almost 4 months ago, my main goal is to be champion of the world as a Canadian , before that I want to be champion of Canada.

Obstacles do not stop me because I have have too much motivation.
