What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I started working out to get in a better shape, but a few months down the road i got hooked… I started watching videos : Ronnie Coleman, Phil Heath, Branch … and many more … and I was like “this is what i want to look like … a year later I decided to compete and put my self to the process… and here I am I can’t miss a day at the gym or in the kitchen.. became my lifestyle!!

I follow my coach to the max.

Short term goals: qualify to provincials and nationals Long term : compete at a pro 212 division
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
Ronnie Coleman always fascinated me … and every time i feel a bit low … watching him workout just gives me the kick I need.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Beginnings are always a challenging part for me…

There is a lot out there… choose wisely .
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
You need to know what you want .. and use all the tools offered to you to acheive it …… and a big one is DON’T COMPARE YOURSELF TO OTHERS, JUST BE YOURSELF AND DO YOUR BEST AND ALL WILL FALL INTO PLACE IF YOU DESERVE IT! ENJOY THE PROCESS AND DON;T ALLOW boredom to sneak in … its a long slow process…
