What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I had great genetics growing up and one day my close friend asked me to come to a local gym with him and after weeks of him begging I finally went. 2 weeks in I noticed that my body grew fast so ever since then I have been seeing how far I can push my body.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
Heavy weight and high reps ALL DAY!
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I am generally a clean eater year round. I don’t like variety in my diet, I eat the same thing for weeks at a time.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I’m not one to look towards other people directly for motivation but if I had to choose one it would probably be Cedric Mcmillan, he has Arnold like body that was enhanced. Classic.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
I’m an open book. I don’t know why others need to make the “fitness world” such a secret. People are so scared to tell the truth about how they got to where they’re at when it comes to training and diet. What I do won’t work for everyone and I see no point of being insecure about it. Be real!
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
I would like to motivate people to do whatever it takes. If you are in, be all in. Do everything humanly possible to reach those goals whether its in fitness or life in general. By any means necessary!
