Unlike most people Arnold wasn’t it for me, being a smaller guy it was easier to relate to Franco. ..and after seeing his back I thought dam, I have to look like that!

My grandmother. She was a super strong willed person!
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
I tore my right bicep in 2014. No training for 4 months, had to work my ass off to get it all back.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
That if your in good shape you have to be on steroids. That drives me nuts!
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Rome wasn’t built in a day, train hard and be natural.
