What Motivated You To Begin Training?
The day I got motivated to start training is when I stepped on the scale and it said 230lbs. At that point I was all fat with no muscle.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I train hard 6 days a week. I like to focus more on muscle growth while also building strength.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
Eat very clean 6 meals a day. Lots of chicken and rice.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
Hope to start competing within the next year. I’m 185lbs hope to get to 220lbs lean is my goal.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look to some of my bigger friends to push me and look up to every bodybuilder that competes. Makes me push hard and look more like them.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Trying to stay on track with clean eating and not eating junk food.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
People that say they can do it and give up or never start.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Never give up it is never easy and ifyou focus and train hard you will get the results you want
