What Motivated You To Begin Training?
Growing up as a fat kid. Watching my brother getting teased because of his weight problem. In 2006, I started to workout consistently and haven’t looked back since.

90 percent of exercise is mental 10 percent of exercise is physical

Diet is important and needs to be controlled or else you won’t get where you want to be in terms of your goals.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
Getting bigger and more shredded in 6 months time.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look to my brother for motivation.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
I don’t like excuses. It’s the easy way out. Take ownership of your life and be in control of what you can and cannot do.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
