What Motivated You To Begin Training?
What motivated me to begin training was keeping my gymnastics figure I had growing up, showing off the muscles and staying healthy of course!
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
My training philosophy is that the workouts have to be time consuming and killer to be effective. You are one step closer than you were yesterday
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
My diet philosophy is all about balance. You cannot starve yourself of all the foods it likes, but you have to make enough room to feed your body the essentials so it can be the best it can be.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
My short term goal is to cut down more fat to have a more cut look. My long term goal is to compete in bikini physique.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look for motivation within myself. Ultimately I can only push myself to my limit, and only I can know and find the reasons why to keep going
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Some of the most difficult obsitcals for me is sticking to an intense diet plan. Unless I am the only one cooking for myself, it’s hard for me to control what the family cook and the cravings kick in of course!
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
Some of my pet peeves surrounding healthy life and at the gym are the people that talk about a healthy life style than actually living it. The people at the gym are the big guys that drop the heavy weights after every set!
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
If there is anything in life you can control It’s your body. Take control of it, get what you want and do whatever you can to make it happen. Look the best you can look, feel the best you can feel and be the best you can be.
