What Motivated You To Begin Training?
In my mid twenties I decided I was going to be the best me I could be. Screw being average.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
Every session I train as tho this session is the one that’s going to get me to my goal. will I ever reach my goal? Probably not but that’s what drives me. No limits.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I eat clean and I eat big. I don’t eat processed foods , I stick to rice ,oats, veggies , meat and eggs.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
I’m 38 years old but want to keep feeling like I’m 20 which I do.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
I crush my obstacles
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
People asking me how to get fit and lean but don’t want to change their diets or try working harder. People think there’s a magic pill that will make it easy. It’s a 24 hour a day lifestyle. You have to live it to become it.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Only limits in life and the ones you set for yourself.
