The number one thing that motivated me was being so fed up with how skinny I was. I knew I had to make a change in my life so I did and never looked back since.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
Consistency is key. You have to put in the work day in and day out, I like to focus on one muscle group each training session. The muscles groups I focus on are Legs, Back,Shoulders, and Chest. Remember Train Past Pain.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
Diet is the#1 key component to a healthy gym lifestyle. Sticking to clean wholefoods to ensure proper nutrition is a must for me, but I also believe in eating a little dirty sometimes to have a balance. Proper supplementation is also key to a strong gym lifestyle.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
My short term goal would be to compete in my first show in the OPA Men’s Physique Category. My long term goal is to become a well known successful fitness trainer.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look up to a lot of the old school bodybuilders such as Arnold and Frank Zane, but my number one motivator would be the one who brought the olds chool style back Artemus Dolgin. I’m really inspired by his work and his teachings of this sport.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Do what ever makes you happy no matter how crazy it may seem and no matter what other people think. Its Yours. You in this world and everyone has the potential to be great.
