What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I have always had a general interest in the fitness industry and began to submerge myself into the world of fitness about 2 years ago now. I was training for a show in 2014 but decided to take a step back to focus on my mental health (Severe Depression and Social Anxiety). Now that I have learned how to better handle Mental Illness I am ready to get back into the fitness world and show everyone what I am capable of. I am proud to say that I love myself and I hope that I can motivate others to do the same! You will find me in 2016 on the Bikini OPA Stage!
If you have transformed yourself what do you attribute to arriving at your starting point:
I know that in life you have to work for what you want. If you want something bad enough you will stop at nothing to reach that goal. I know that I want to help people, I know that I want to better myself, and I know that I can make a difference. This marks my 5 weeks back in training and I am really excited with how far I have come already!
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
You get what you put in to your training. I try my best to follow my regime, although I am not going to restrict myself from having a treat now and then. It is 100000% about learning how to balance wants/needs.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I am an IIFYM girl. It’s all about balance for me. If you want to eat something, do it, but do it in moderation! I love a Sprinkle Donut once in a while, but I enjoy my clean meals as well.
