What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I over came an eating disorder throughout high school and started training as away to cope with that.
If you have transformed yourself what do you attribute to arriving at your starting point:
At my starting point i was only 95 pounds I am currently 130lbs.

I try to train everyday and never look at it as a chore.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
I try to keep my diet as clean as possible.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
My short term goal is to bulk up, myl ong term goal is to compete.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
For motivation I seek it within myself.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
I have overcome a lot of obstacles with my diet and ensuring that I am eating enough.
