What Motivated You To Begin Training?
The way I looked and fear for future health problems. Decided to live a long and happy life while looking good.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I train 6 days a week if I can. If not then 5 is my minimum. A day or two for rest and one of those is for cardio. I start off every training session with cardio then hit the weights then protein shakes! I push til failure.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
Low carbs. High protein. Lots of veggies and some fruit.
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
My goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle both mentally and physically both for my future career and life ahead.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
I look to many popular people like Dana Linn Bailey, Kris Gethin, Branch Warren and so many more but I get the biggest kick from seeing others transform and and have succeeded in becoming better.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Most difficult obstacles for me would be diet at times and in the past when I have hit a plateau.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
When people try to tell me life stories at the gym or when their doing an exercise horribly wrong.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Push til failure. You can do it. You deserve it. It will hurt but the pain will feel great and is worth it. Don’t do it for me, do it for yourself.
