My mother was my main motivation being a competitor herself.

Eat clean! My body is a high octane performance machine and it needs the best of fuels in order to operate optimally.

How Many Years have You Competed?

Short term is to continue hitting it hard everyday.Long term is to rest and grow in preparation for provincials next year.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
My mother because she has had to overcome so much and continues to push through it everyday.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Major obstacles have been money and the uncertainty of what I want to do with my life.
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
People who complain about living a healthy lifestyle. Haters who don’t understand why I do what I do.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Whatever it is you want to do in life, DO IT. Don’t let anyone tell you differently. Set a goal, make a plan, and work until you succeed.
