What Motivated You To Begin Training?
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
You have to train smart, be dedicated, never half-ass anything, keep your diet/macros in check, listen to your body, set goals, challenge yourself, get plenty of sleep, stay true to yourself and others, be humble, stay focused and remember to never settle.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
Count your macros, weigh your food out, have re-feed days or cheat meals once a week and schedule your meals/prep to your workout routine. For example on Heavy lifting days you probably want to be eating more carbs.
Please tell us about your competitive history and placings (if applicable):
Fairly new to the OPA and Men’s Physique Division but just recently placed 2nd at a regional show “The Mo-Muscle Classic” and am moving on to provincials at the”Toronto Pro Show” next year.
