What Motivated You To Begin Training?
When I looked at myself in the mirror I did not like my look so I started training to drop the weight and dieting properly.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I like to train 5 days a week concentrating on one big muscle part a day. Now that I am bulking I lift heavy between 6-8 reps per set. My philosophy is once it’s starts hurting that’s when the work starts.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
For 6 days I eat as healthy as I can possibly can. I do meal prep every Sunday for the week. I believe dieting is 90% of my transformation.
Please tell us about your competitive history and placings (if applicable):
I competed in my first show in October in Kitchner. I did not place but just the experience a lone was very gratifying. Stepping on stage has lifted my confidence so much.
How Many Years have You Competed?
Tell us about some of your short and long term goals:
My short term goal for right now is to bulk up a little bit more and then compete again next summer and I want to place in the top 3 in that show. My long term goal is to maintain a healthy lifestyle for the rest of my life.
