What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I was always thin but never toned or muscular. I fell in love with the gym and my progress and stuck with it.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I believe in holistic training, making it fun, challenging, and safe. I workout 6-7 days a week and never miss a workout!
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
Holistic nutrition and having some fun with food. As much as food is fuel it is also an amazing thing. I love to eat and cook, I am not too strict with my diet as I enjoy food but I know what needs to be eaten in moderation (everything!)
Tell us some of your pet peeves surrounding healthy life and the gym:
Ladies; if you touch a dumbbell you will not grow balls and have massive muscles. I lift weights everyday and I feel as feminine as the next girl just a lot more awesome!
