What Motivated You To Begin Training?
I began weight training for martial arts.
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
I believe in using proper form at all times, and connecting with the target muscle group as well as I possibly can.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
In the off season I eat a plentiful amount of protein, carbohydrates and fats. In the pre contest phases of dieting I use a variety of different techniques to achieve the best conditioning I possibly can. At times this includes low fat, low carb and carb cycling approaches.

My goal is to become an IFBB professional bodybuilder.
Who do you look to for motivation and why?
My family and children. Once upon a time I did not have the energy to run play or have as much fun with them as I do now. They are biggest supporters and I love that I am now teaching them how to live a proper healthy lifestyle.
