What Motivated You To Begin Training?
Change of life style, got sick of being under weight, called the skinny kid, didn’t feel comfortable with the way I looked, so something needed to change
Tell us a little about your training philosophy:
My philosophy, train insane or remain the same. I Believe that your workout should be all out and intense, push your self past the pain, pain is weakness leaving the body.
Tell us a little bit about your diet philosophy:
The healthier your diet is the healthier you are and the easier it is to hit weight goals.
Who do you look to for motivation and why:
I don’t seek motivation I personal know what my goals are and what I have to do to get to them. I am my own motivation.
What are some of the most difficult obstacles that you have had to overcome?
Sticking to a strict diet, living a busy life style one tends to take the easy route and grab fast food or cooking frozen dinners, bur for me to be healthier and reach my goals I needed to change the way I ate.
What is the number one piece of advice that you would give someone that looks to you for inspiration?
Never give up on what you want you are your own worst critique don’t let others opinions bother you let it motivate you to strive for greatness.
